Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted as a return, buyer will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement is necessary. Please note once an order has been shipped, Lucky Picks USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the shipping carrier upon departure from our facility. Any issues that arise after shipping must be handled directly with the carrier. 

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, we thank you for your understanding and compliance.
