Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

• Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

• Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  

• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

• International Shipping: Currently unavailable 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Lucky Picks USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages: Lucky Picks USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
